By accessing or using the Checkmate application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Access to Services

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our service, and any service or material we provide via the app, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the app is unavailable at any time.

3. AI-Generated Content

• The AI-generated ratings, analysis, and roasts provided by Checkmate are for entertainment purposes and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for any real-world social situation.
• We do not guarantee the quality, appropriateness, or success of any "recommended moves" generated by our AI.
• You are entirely responsible for the messages you choose to send in real life, regardless of our AI's ratings.

4. User Content

When you upload screenshots or paste conversations into Checkmate, you retain all rights to your content. However, you grant us permission to process this content through our AI models to provide the analysis service.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload screenshots that contain highly sensitive personal information, explicit content, or illegal material.
• Attempt to reverse engineer the ELO or matchmaking systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the functional integrity of the platform.
