4. AI-Generated Content & Processing

Checkmate utilizes AI (OpenAI GPT-4o-mini and Apple Foundation Models) to analyze text constraints. Screenshots and text inputs you provide are processed by these models to generate ratings (Brilliant, Blunder, etc.) and explanations. Depending on your configuration, this processing may happen locally on-device or via cloud APIs.
